My research focuses on energy transition processes in Poland, with a particular emphasis on the shift from coal mining to nuclear energy and the socio-political determinants of these changes. In both my academic and professional work, I develop the field of applied anthropology, bridging ethnographic methodology with User Experience and Employee Experience (UX/EX) design, as well as specialized research for the Cybersecurity and FinTech sectors. I analyze power mechanisms, racialization processes, and marginalization, focusing on the construction of political narratives and strategic brand building in the public sphere. Furthermore, I am interested in the aesthetics of the Anthropocene and narratives of post-industrial landscape reclamation, exploring the relationships between individuals, the environment, and discursive systems.  🔗 ORCID: 0000-0002-7547-8792  🎓 ResearchGate / Google Scholar  💼 LinkedIn Profile
