Paweł Chyc is a Ph.D. candidate in ethnology and cultural anthropology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. He is conducting fieldwork among Bolivian Moré Indians. He is a committed popularizer of cultural anthropology in Poland.

Research Interests: Amazonian Ethnology (Moré and Kuyubim Indians, chapacura language family, ethnohistory of Guaporé-Mamoré region), Anthropology of Religion (animism, shamanism, neopaganism, Cognitive Science of Religion), Cognitive Anthropology (culture and cognition)

Research Areas: Bolivia-Brasil border, Poland.
